As increased cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Seattle area & elsewhere, we write to share our current plans with respect to upcoming Open Source Forms Annual Open Workshop & Sourcing Deeper Programs scheduled for July 6 – 24, 2020 in Seattle. We’re monitoring the situation closely, & formulating plans guided by information-sharing from local & national health agencies.
In hopes that the situation will have settled by July, WE’RE CURRENTLY PLANNING TO HOLD OUR ANNUAL OPEN SOURCE FORMS OPEN WORKSHOP AND 3-WEEK SOURCING DEEPER PROGRAM AS SCHEDULED IN SEATTLE DURING JULY 6 – 24.
In response to the fluid situation & understandable uncertainties to do with Covid-19 & its containment, WE’RE EXTENDING EARLY DEPOSIT DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTS for the Open Workshop another month: from March 15 TO APRIL 15.
AND, though early deposit deadline for OSF SOURCING DEEPER discounts was formerly February 28, we’re also EXTENDING THAT DEADLINE TO APRIL 15, for those who are still unclear about travel safety.
So EARLY-DEPOSIT DISCOUNTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE for both the July Seattle OSF Open workshop & OSF Sourcing Deeper programs.
In order to maximize prevention, we will work to provide a clean & safe environment for all who come to the studio – including daily disinfecting of door handles, public surfaces in bathrooms, light switches, faucets, etc.
However, be assured that SHOULD LOCAL & NATIONAL HEALTH AGENCIES DETERMINE IT’S UNSAFE TO GATHER IN GROUPS IN SEATTLE DURING JULY, WE WILL CANCEL BOTH PROGRAMS & GIVE FULL REFUNDS (less transaction fees) to everyone who has registered.
