These sessions are inclusive, welcoming & vitally useful for both newcomers to the practice & experienced practitioners. OSF is deeply rooted in & fluidly expanded from Skinner Releasing Technique. These sessions integrate introductory OSF with improvisational experiments developed by Skura over three decades of interdisciplinary choreographic research.
Now in its sixth year, this annual Seattle spring workshop brings together a worldwide community for dancing, creative practice, & deep immersion — in a catalytic environment of colleagues with diverse experiences in teaching, healing, therapy, performance, theater, visual arts, writing, community-building, & visionary organization-development.
*Partially fulfills prerequisites for OSF Teacher Certification Program.*
Cost: $600 or $500 if nonrefundable deposit of $100 received by April 15, 2019.
Balance due May 15, 2019.
